Q.	Do you have a minimum delivery requirement?
A.	Yes. If you order less than 150 gallons for one delivery, you will be required to pay a $25 surcharge.
Q.	What happens if I run out of oil?
A.	Emergency deliveries will be made the same day if possible, or the next business day with an additional $25 surcharge. Of course the best way to avoid this is to make sure you have enough fuel to receive a scheduled delivery, which will be made 2 to 3 days after we receive your order.
Q.	How long will it take to receive my delivery?
A.	You can expect your delivery within two business days of your order. Just to be safe, when you place your order, please make sure there is enough heating oil in your tank to last at least three days.
Q.	How can I pay for my heating oil?
A.	We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
